Key Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating live classes and mentor sessions.
• Support communication between instructors, mentors, and students.
• Help prepare course materials and update learning resources.
• Monitor student progress and assist in feedback collection.
• Ensure smooth operations during course launches and events.
• Ability to manage scheduling and data tracking for multiple courses.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and comfortable with project
management tools (Trello, Notion, Asana).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to create simple reports from student feedback and
progress data.

Prefered Qualifications

• Studying or recently graduated in Education, Business, Communication, or related fields.
• Ability to develop and optimize workflow processes for course delivery.
• Skill in building partnerships with guest speakers, mentors, and external organizations.
• Basic knowledge of LMS (Learning Management Systems) or online course platforms.
• Specialization in web survey creation (Google Forms, Typeform, or similar tools).
