Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Notwithstanding any damages You might incur, Formed Studio’s total liability—and your exclusive remedy—shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through our Service, or €100 if no purchase was made.

United States Legal Compliance

You warrant that You are not located in a country subject to United States government embargo or designated by the U.S. as a "terrorist supporting" country, nor are You listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted-party list.

Formed Studio reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material revisions will be announced with at least 30 days' notice. Continued access or use after revisions indicates acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Service immediately.
