Now, we’re looking for a highly motivated Founder’s Associate Intern — someone eager to dive into the world of startups, strategy, and digital innovation. You’ll work directly with the Founder on high-impact projects that shape the future of Formed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Founder in daily operations, project management, and strategic planning.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

• Help structure internal processes, improve efficiency, and coordinate with design and development teams.

• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client proposals.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for business growth, product development, and branding strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in startups, digital design, or tech industries.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive “get things done” attitude.

• Basic understanding of business operations, marketing, or project management.

• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple tasks independently.

• Fluency in English, written and verbal.
